pretty good weekend

started my saturday with bicyclemarket@shkoda, btw, got few nice thoughts from there. continued as The visitor in my own town, taking walk through kalamaja and old town, picking some pictures and enjoying autumn colors - hmm, and catching ideas for the new gate.

stepped into the shops without buying anything (sry ladies I really had intention to buy, but you did not understood the language spoken neither were able to express any interest - so - sry again but no spending there). met lady-visitor from china with camera, salute!

rest of the day just spending the time with my daughter :)

saturday is pancakes, horseriding, homeengineering and mojito@meritonspa

Beef Roast - Pune way

Take 1 kg beef undercut meat. Marinade the meet with salt, ginger garlic past an juice of  3 limes. Heat oil in pressure cooker an add about 5 pieces cinnamon, 15 pieces black hole paper and about 10 kashmiri red chillies which are not spicy, when chilies splutterin add the meat which is marinated for 1 hour and keep frying in the oil for some time, then add water about 2 inches above the meat and close cooker and cook it till 10 whistle if meat is soft then dry the remaining gravy and when nearly dry then add some worchestershire sous take off from cooker when dry. Cut the meet in slices. Enjoy.

making sense out of TPI & CMMI levels

well. had discussion about test strategy and cmmi levels. spent somehours to find up what's up there regarding tpinext and cmmi level mapping.
had luck to send out few sentences that hopefully make the difference.

waiting strategy documents to sneek inside if inception had results :)
